Do you run firebrick and are tired of wrapping them in foil to keep them clean?

Do you run sand in your water pan to ask as a heat sink?

Here's the solution for you!  Humphrey's Heat Sink is filled with dual layers of firebrick and is welded together to keep grease off the firebricks.  You can still operate the water pan / drip pan in the same manner and the heat sync will act as a thermal mass that will heat up and radiant and distribute the heat back into the cooking chamber making the smoker even more fuel efficient! 

These will work in any smoker that has a "drop in waterpan".  A water pan that drops into a hole between the cook chamber and the firebox area.  

There is a single layer of firebrick that is incased within the welded steel assembly.
